Some Ziorva pieces are available in stock. If so, please allow 3 - 5 days for delivery. Each product will indicate estimated timeframes for delivery. For gemstone pieces which are made to order, please allow 3 - 4 weeks from point of order for your piece to be hand-crafted.
If you have a specific date that you need your item to arrive by, please email firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order, to ensure that date can be met.
All items are presented in a Ziorva gift-box, wrapped in branded tissue paper and packaged in a discreet box for transportation.
Complimentary Royal Mail Special Delivery is included on all UK orders. Once your jewellery has been crafted, a confirmation email will notify you that your package is ready to be sent.
Once posted, it will arrive with you the following day by 1pm. Please ensure that someone is available at the provided address to sign for your package upon arrival.
Currently, we do not ship to countries outside the UK. We will keep you updated if this changes.
Great care has been taken to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you would like to return or exchange an item, you may do so by sending an email to: email@example.com. Please clearly state your order number in the email and provide the reason for the refund or exchange request. Details of the return address will then be provided.
Email requests for refunds or exchanges must be received within 14 days of receipt of your item. Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt before a refund or exchange can be processed. Items need to be returned unworn, undamaged, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging. It is important that you include the original receipt with your return, detailing your name and order number. Refunds or exchanges can only be processed once items are safely received and have been examined by Ziorva.
All items must be returned via registered post, with a tracking number and a signature required upon delivery. Ziorva cannot take responsibility for returned items which do not reach the returns address we supply you with. Return postage fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that the following items cannot be refunded or exchanged:
- Earrings, due to hygience reasons; and
- Any customised or bespoke items
